How long does delivery take?

If the acoustic pendant is in stock, dispatch can take between 1-2 days. Bespoke pendant lead times vary by order. Contact us for a specific estimate on your project.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, if you open a trade account with us, we can offer you 10% off your order. In addition, you may qualify for extended payment terms.

Can I see samples before ordering?

Yes. Samples can be requested by submitting the form here.

Can I choose my own fabric/colour/finish?

Our pendants are made with 100% Recycled PET felt. You can choose your own colour by browsing our available colours here.
